Golden rules for consultation :
- Make an appointment in advance
- It is better to make a list of your complaints and queries before consultation
- Be frank with your doctor so that right diagnosis can be made. If you need admission, doctor will tell you which hospital/ nursing home will be the best in your case. Enquire about different treatment options and the one most suitable for you.
- Do not forget to discuss about cost of treatment, it may not be possible to know it over phone. If there is any problem regarding financing treatment, tell your doctor frankly. He/ she will try to help you.
